Mr. James Wilton Bush, Sr. of Greenville, Florida entered into rest on Monday, May 6, 2024 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Bush was the son of the late Wilton and Mildred Hutto Bush.
Mr. Bush was a retired meat cutter. After retiring, James and his wife Frankie ran a successful deer processing business for several years. James loved the outdoors and spending time with his family. He never met a stranger and enjoyed talking with everyone he came in contact with.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 60 years Frankie Jean Bush.
Survivors include sisters: Sandra Gale (Ernie) Gentry, and Martha Ann (Sam) Hendley; brother: Norman Bush; children: Regina (Mike) Rykard, James W. Bush, Jr., Felica Brown, and Michael (Lynn) Bush; grandchildren: Jonathan Kelley, Loren Rykard, Lyndsey Rykard, Lydia Rykard, Maryn Bush, Aiden Brown, Trinity Bush Williams, Layne Bush, and Bayleigh Brown; great grandchildren: Brett Kelley, and LakeLeigh Williams.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother: Donnie Bush.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Saint John's Missionary Baptist Church 5905 NW Lovett Road, Greenville, Florida. Reverend Bryant Thigpin will officiate.
