Belinda Gail Grimes

Mrs. Belinda Gail Grimes, age 56, of Valdosta, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021. She was born in Adel, GA to the late James and Nora Gandy. Mrs. Grimes is a retired Lowndes County 911 dispatcher where she worked for over 20 years.

Mrs. Grimes enjoyed spending time with her family. She also had a love for Harley motorcycles and visiting the Great Smoky Mountains.

She is survived by her husband: Alton Wade Grimes; her children: Jamie (Theresa) Gandy and Matthew (Missy) Grimes; brothers: Johnny Gandy and Robert (Pam) Gandy; brother-in-law: Keith (Kay) Grimes; grandchildren: Chassity Gandy and Baylee Gandy.

She is preceded in death by her parents: James William Gandy and Nora Mason Gandy.
